About me
I am an assistant professor of political science and international studies at l'École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP).
My research focuses on public and private interactions in global governance, particularly with regard to information flows, but also broader issues related to digital technologies.
I completed a joint Ph.D. in politics and international studies at the University of Warwick and Université Laval. My dissertation was defended without corrections at the University of Warwick and won the prize Vincent Lemieux attributed to the best dissertation submitted in political science for the academic year 2020/2021.
Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the Global Political Economy Project at Georgetown University and a visiting researcher at the Max Bell School of Public Policy at McGill University.
My work has been published or is forthcoming in Perspectives on Politics, International Studies Quarterly, International Theory, Journal of European Public Policy, Journal of European Integration, Business and Politics, Review of International Political Economy, Global Policy, Etudes Internationales and Revue québécoise de droit international, as well as several edited volumes.
